Once again Plainville Elementary students will be raising money and bringing awareness to heart disease. This year, however, rather than raising money for the American Heart Association through Jump Rope for Heart and Hoops for Heart, PES students will be raising money through the “PES Go Red Fundraiser.” They will be donating 50% of their total to the American Heart Association and using the other 50% to order new equipment to help their hearts stay healthy and active too! The money raised will help replace playground balls and equipment, new equipment for the Physical Education department, and indoor recess activities.
