A message to USD 270 Parents / Guardians / Students
After the message from the Governor on Tuesday, USD 270 immediately began working on a plan for what school will look like in our district specifically for the rest of the semester. We realize you may have questions about the upcoming weeks so we wanted to share with you the current plans.
March 16-20 Buildings ordered closed by the Governor Kelly
March 23-27 USD 270 Spring Break
March 30-April 3rd No Students at USD 270
April 6-10 New Plan Begins
Staff will be developing and finalizing the “Continuous Learning Plan” for our district. Once plans are finalized, parents will be notified. Watch for alerts regarding important information we will need from you in order to help us formulate this plan.
Please be patient as we work to follow state guidelines to ensure the best education experience for all. This is new territory for all of us and we understand that uncertainty can be frustrating. Working together in the best interest of our students will make this successful.
